About Master Spark--!

 

Character（Models）：

She is named “ゆっくり” which means “relax and calm down”. She is a fans character（二次創作人物） from the game named “TouHou (TH) Project”. She has appeared on the internet and has been a fans’ work of TH since 2008.

Actually, there are manyゆっくり which come from different characters in TH. This ゆっくり is created based on one of the protagonist of TH－Marisa.

I choose Marisa to be the protagonist of my animation because the song is adapted from her BGM in the TouHou Project. Also, Marisa is my favorite character in this game. I want to make an animation about her. By the way, “マスタースパークッッッ！” is the fan-made song of 恋色マスタースパーク（Love-colored Master Spark）.

 

The reason that I made this video：

At first, I didn’t know what animation I should do. Then, I have a thought about making a crossover of TH and Pokemon. But I am worried that I didn’t have the skill to make it.

Finally, I found this song. I think it is very interesting and I really like it. At the same time, our tutor said that “If you can make an animation which is about an orange moving for a minute, and I don’t feel boring, I will give you high mark. ” So, I decided to make this animation.

 

My favourite part in this animation：

I like every part of this animation because it is interesting. In the beginning, I choose this song because I can’t stop listening to it over and over again, and I can imagine all the scenes of the video smoothly. Although it isn’t the best animation, I know it will be an interesting video.

 

 

The most difficult part when I made this animation：

I think the time was not enough to finish the project and there were technological problem. I used many time to do the lab exercises and I used many time to conceive the topic. Finally, I used only one week to finish the animation.

Also, my study progress of MAYA is slow. I don’t know how to make different effect with MAYA. I just tried my best to finish my project.

Finally, I think it is hard to come up with the topic. I can’t make a long animation, but I can’t think a short story either. I found this song in November and then I decided to make a music video immediately.

 

Something I can improve：

I need to improve my time management skill. I should follow the schedule to do my project. Moreover, I hope that I can decide the topic earlier if I need to make an animation again.
